It's a step up from most rooming houses in Ma and NH owner is decent and honest.Its maintained and cleaned well.

People may be loud but everyone is treated equal nothing is hidden like others say if you actually work at a job for your money it's it's a great place to lay your head at night you only notice the small things if you're lazy stay at home 24/7 grubbing off government money management is great everyone helps each other out and as for bed bugs....they go after dirty people they feed on dead dry skin so if you keep your room bed and body clean you are not bothered by anything or anyone this is a good in the middle place when trying to get a start on a good life. Owner is a great guy and will help you out as long as you don't get to far behind on rent he's very lenient on working out a plan with you. Even may let you work some of it off with simple tasks like sweep shovel paint etc sometimes may know someone that is looking for help

THEY FEED YOU WITH ANY BULLCRAP THEY CAN TO GET YOUR MONEY BUT THEY DON'T TELL YOU THAT THE PLACE IS INFESTED WITH COCKER ROACHES AND INFESTED I MEAN INFESTED WITH BED BUGS .THEY CLAIM THERE IS NO BUGS. BUT WHEN YOU WAKE UP AND YOUR BEING CARRIED DOWN THE HALLWAY BY EVERY BUG IMAGINABLE. LOOK ON THE BRIGHT SIDE AT LEAST THEY GIVE YOU BUG SPRAY!! THIS PLACE IS THE WORST I HAVE SPENT IN SOLITARY CONFINEMENT AND FIND THAT MORE ENJOYABLE THEN STAYING THERE
