The receptionists can't do their jobs. If you make late therapy or med clinic appointments, you need to buzz the 3rd floor; they lock the door in the evening because Lawrence is a toilet. There had been several occasions that me and several people were locked out for stretches at a time because they won't answer the buzzer.
My therapist here would dismiss my point of view, and belittle me for my politics.

Another great thing about the med clinic; you can never EVER reach them by phone. My pharmacist tried multiple times to get a question answered, and couldn't reach the desk. Jackie also won't return calls, and isn't at her desk half the time to schedule you after you get out of your appointment (I told you she's incompetent). And don't call the therapy receptionists for help in getting Jackie to pick up the phone, or find her when she wanders to...where ever she goes when she can't be bothered to do her job. They literally just put you through to the med clinic desk so you can go on being ignored.
james bouras is only a nurse practitioner and not very trained in the people skills department. He should go and train some more as a board certified md and start putting his big frown upside down.
Also, go here for medication if you want to wait 30-45 minutes passed your scheduled appointment to be seen. The last time I had a medication appointment, I waited half-an-hour to be seen! I was the first patient of the day. I told the receptionist (Jackie the Incompetent) that I needed Marcia (who's poor medication skills landed me 10 days in a psychiatric hospital to treat her lack of prescribing judgement) to refill my prescriptions, and reschedule (I would have been late for work, otherwise). She explicitly told me I needed to wait longer to be seen, and that this is completely acceptable and normal. I told her I'm going elsewhere and never returned.
