My starter went and I had to have it towed there. They were really nice, and they open so early that it wasn't a problem with my work schedule. Definitely recommend them.
Amazing! I thought that my Prius was dead because the battery went at 260K miles. Nope! They replaced only one of the cells, rebalanced the full battery pack and my car runs like the day I got it. My wife got 297K miles on her Gen 1before her battery problem and she reluctantly trashed the car at that point. How awesome that I can have my car running again after the red triangle of death. Very excited.
